Coronavirus Anxiety: Coping with Stress, Fear, and Worry
Our Director of Business Development and Client Relations here at The Naumann Law Firm, Elaine Gower, shared some great information on how to keep your spirts up during this COVID-19 pandemic in the Winter 2020 edition of the San Diego Community Insider.
Elaine wrote an article titled “Coronavirus Anxiety: Coping with Stress, Fear, and Worry.”
In the article, Elaine talks about how the pandemic is causing emotional distress or worse in many people. She shares different ways we can focus our attention on other non-COVID related things to take care of ourselves such as limiting the time we watch the news, staying active, practicing yoga, starting a new (relaxing) hobby, staying in touch with friends, being kind to ourselves, and more!
