William H. Naumann founded the Naumann Law Firm based in San Diego, California. He has more than 35 years of experience practicing construction and business litigation cases. As a California attorney, Mr. Naumann represents homeowners’ associations, commercial owners’ associations, and single-family homeowners from the start of the litigation process through the trial. William Naumann can handle significant construction cases with complex insurance issues, including bankruptcy of the builder and exhaustion of insurance.
He is licensed to practice before all Courts in the State of California. He is a member of the State Bar of California; Consumer Attorneys of California; and the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego (President 1999, Member of Board of Directors 1989-1998).
During his career, Mr. Naumann has been named a Super Lawyers® honoree (2012-2019). As a Super Lawyers honoree, Mr. Naumann is considered a lawyer who has attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Mr. Naumann earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 1980. Prior, he received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois.
