Our Director of Business Development and Client Relations here at The Naumann Law Firm, Elaine Gower, shared her expertise in the September/October 2019 edition of CAI Greater Los Angeles Chapter Focus magazine.
Elaine wrote an article titled “Work-Life Balance: How to Reclaim Control.”
In the article, Elaine gives helpful tips on how to evaluate one’s relationship to work and then how to apply specific strategies to help create a healthy, manageable work/life balance.
She shared consequences of a poor work-life balance including fatigue, poor health, and lost time with loved ones and friends.
Elaine suggests certain tips and limits that one must put on his/herself with work so personal time can still be enjoyed. Some of her tips include exercise, writing down goals, getting more sleep, eating healthy, and more.

Ms. Gower has over 25 years of experience in the legal industry in construction defect litigation, business and personal injury law. She obtained her marketing degree from University of California at San Diego Extension in 2004.
