Wildlife Safety in a HOA
Our Director of Business Development and Client Relations here at The Naumann Law Firm, Elaine Gower, shared her expertise on wildlife safety in the Fall 2019 edition of CAI San Diego Community Insider magazine.
Elaine wrote an article titled “How to Deal with Wildlife…When Nature Comes to Your Association.”
In the article, Elaine gives helpful tips on wildlife safety like how to keep wildlife from being attracted to your HOA community, including coyotes, deer, snakes, mountain lions, and bobcats. Of course, it’s not possible to keep all wildlife out, but there are things people can do to control wildlife presence in a community, as well as reporting a wildlife sighting to animal control.
By following certain rules, Elaine suggests HOA managers can respect wildlife habitats while keeping communities safe.
