How Good Service Means Good Business
Our Director of Business Development and Client Relations here at The Naumann Law Firm, Elaine Gower, shared her expertise on excellent customer service in CAI GLAC Focus Magazine.
Elaine wrote an article titled “Good Service, Good Business”
In the article, Elaine explains how customer service creates good business and a relationship with customers. Her tips include: know your product or service, be friendly, say ‘thank you,’ ask for feedback, and use what you receive – it’s about going beyond thinking about your products and/or service and thinking about the experience your customers are having.
By following certain rules, Elaine suggests HOA managers can respect wildlife habitats while keeping communities safe.
