Meet The Naumann Law Firm’s Associate Attorney Loren Shiu
Mr. Shiu is an Associate Attorney with The Naumann Law Firm and has successfully recovered more than $30,000,000 in monetary awards for his clients since 2012. He specializes in construction defect and civil litigation, and he provides advice and counsel to homeowners associations, commercial owners associations, and single-family homeowners from the start of the litigation process through trial.
Most recently, Mr. Shiu has recovered:
- $2,961,741 on behalf of Aviara Residence Club
- $425,000 on behalf of multiple homeowners in San Diego
- $475,000 on behalf of a San Diego HOA
He is a member of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association, and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.
Prior to joining The Naumann Law Firm, Loren gained practical law experience as a judicial extern with the Honorable Judge Martin J. Jenkins of the California Court of Appeals, First District, and later an internship with the class action firm, Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP.
Mr. Shiu received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science – Public Law from the University of California at San Diego and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law where he served on the Moot Court Honors Board and received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship for Ethnic and Cultural Diversity.
On his free time, Mr. Shiu enjoys surfing and being outdoors with his goldendoodle, Larry.
