We wanted to update our clients, colleagues, and friends regarding our business operations during the California Stay at Home orders.

Long ago, The Naumann Law Firm, implemented remote technologies, enabling our staff to work from home, if necessary. Safe to say we were prepared for the extended stay at home orders. Since mid-March, our team has streamlined our existing technology and continues to stay abreast of the daily changes and security updates.

Additionally, the firm’s attorneys have remotely joined and hosted Expert Meetings and Mediations with opposing counsel and Mediators, allowing us to move cases along. We have trained others in the best practices to work exclusively on-line. The feedback regarding the efficiency of these remote presentations and mediations has been overwhelmingly positive. We fully expect this style of remote working to continue over the next few months, and potentially even longer.

While the Courts work through safe practices and closures, our attorneys are in close contact with the Local County Superior Courts. Continuously receiving status updates on Court operations.
