Ms. Gower has over 25 years of experience in the legal industry in construction defect litigation, business and personal injury law. She obtained her marketing degree from University of California at San Diego Extension in 2004. Ms. Gower is an active member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and California Association of Community Managers (CACM). She currently serves on the CAI San Diego and CAI Greater Los Angeles Publication Committees and in the past served on the San Diego CAI Board of Directors for six years.
