The homeowners were burdened with extreme sand infiltration. It permeated their residences through external openings in windows and doors, requiring constant upkeep to maintain habitable living conditions. The association had many landscape and hardscape issues including items that were never installed per plan by the developer.
Through rigorous investigation, The Naumann Law Firm was able to get a complete understanding of the value for proper repairs. Attorneys argued the developer of the property did not utilize correct materials and installation methods during development of the project. This combination led to deterioration and failure of building components.
