Meet Our Team

Ms. Chaplik attended California State University, San Marcos, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Psychology. She followed up her degree with the Paralegal Program at the University Of California San Diego in 2005. Ms. Chaplik then joined The Naumann Law Firm as a Paralegal in 2006.

Ms. Gower is an active member of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and California Association of Community Managers (CACM). She currently serves on the CAI San Diego and CAI Greater Los Angeles Publication Committees and Co-Chair’s the CAI Greater Los Angeles Wine Night Committee.

Mr. Murkland joined the firm in 2015 as a Project Manager. He has over ten years of management experience overseeing various teams, assignments, and consistently delivers results during time sensitive situations. Mr. Murkland is also a licensed California Department Of Real Estate Broker #01982143.

Ms. Najar joined the firm in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant. With over three years of customer service experience, she efficiently handles daily administrative and legal tasks while helping our Paralegal complete time sensitive material. She is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies

Mrs. Dozier brings a unique blend of educational expertise and administrative aptitude to our team at The Naumann Law Firm. With a background in elementary education, Mrs. Dozier transitioned seamlessly into the role of administrative assistant in 2023, infusing our office with a fresh approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
