Mr. Kunka is an Attorney with The Naumann Law Firm, PC and specializes in construction defect litigation. He provides advice and counsel to homeowner associations, commercial owners associations, and single-family homeowners from the start of the litigation process through trial. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Michigan, and the San Diego County Bar Association.
Prior to becoming a member of The Naumann Law Firm, Mr. Kunka sharpened his litigation skills as an associate at Artiano Shinoff handling an array of legal issues all the way through trial. Mr. Kunka brings a unique perspective to the table having mainly handled insurance defense in his career. In addition to his defense work, Mr. Kunka has also worked in the litigation department of a bankruptcy and foreclosure firm where he represented institutional lenders such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Chase. Mr. Kunka has spent his career honing his litigation strategy and skills in order to always obtain the most favorable result for his clients.
Mr. Kunka received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies, with minors in Political Science and Philosophy from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania in 2013. Mr. Kunka then went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate degree from Michigan State University College of Law in 2016 where he captained both his school’s Mock Trial and Arbitration teams.
