Mr. Mascia joined The Naumann Law Firm in 2023. Specializing in construction defect cases, he has experience in all phases of litigation on behalf of plaintiffs, including homeowners associations, commercial owners associations, condominiums/condominium conversions and multi-family homes. Prior to joining The Naumann Law Firm, Mr. Mascia spent a decade working on public policy and regulation across a wide range of subjects, including construction and residential housing development.

Mr. Mascia received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics. Mr. Mascia earned his Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law in 2023 and is a member of the State Bar of California, the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and the San Diego County Bar Association.

When he is not fighting for his clients, you can find him fast-walking around Little Italy where he lives with his wife and daughter.
