Mr. Shiu is Senior Counsel with The Naumann Law Firm, PC and specializes in construction defect litigation. He provides advice and counsel to homeowners associations, commercial owners associations, and single-family homeowners from the start of the litigation process through trial. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and the San Diego County Bar Association.

Before joining The Naumann Law Firm, Loren gained practical law experience as a judicial extern with the Honorable Judge Martin J. Jenkins of the California Court of Appeals, First District, and later an internship with the class action firm, Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP.

Since 2012, Mr. Shiu has successfully recovered more than $70,000,000 in monetary awards for his clients.

Mr. Shiu received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science – Public Law from the University of California at San Diego in 2008. Mr. Shiu earned his Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law in 2012 where he served on the Moot Court Honors Board and received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship for Ethnic and Cultural Diversity.
