Mr. Shiu is Senior Counsel at The Naumann Law Firm, PC, where he focuses exclusively on construction defect litigation. He represents homeowners associations, commercial property owners, and individual homeowners in complex construction defect cases from initial investigation through trial.

Since 2012, Mr. Shiu has successfully guided clients through every stage of the legal process, including pre-litigation investigation, negotiation, mediation, and trial, with a focus on maximizing recovery while protecting property values and community stability.

Before joining The Naumann Law Firm, Mr. Shiu served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Martin J. Jenkins of the California Court of Appeal, First District. That experience gave him insight into how appellate courts evaluate legal arguments and trial court decisions, strengthening his strategic approach to litigation.

Mr. Shiu is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and the San Diego County Bar Association. He is also a frequent panel speaker at legal seminars, where he educates property managers and community leaders on construction defect claims.
