Mr. Naumann is a Super Lawyers® honoree (2012-Present), was named Top Lawyer in San Diego (2013-Present) and the firm is rated AV preeminent in the LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, which reflects the highest rating bestowed upon a firm by its peers in the legal community. Mr. Naumann is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, and a member of the Trial Law Institute and Diversity Law Institute. In Mr. Naumann’s career he has successfully recovered more than $200,000,000 for his clients.
Mr. Naumann earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 1980. Mr. Naumann is a California attorney representing homeowners’ associations, commercial owners’ associations, and single-family homeowners from the start of the litigation process through trial.
Mr. Naumann was the Associate Editor of the University of San Diego Law Review from 1979-1980. He was the author of “The Regulation of Real Estate Syndicate Securities in California” (USD Law Review, Vo. 16, No. 2, 1979). He is licensed to practice before all Courts in the State of California. He is a member of the State Bar of California; Consumer Attorneys of California; and the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego (President 1999, Member of Board of Directors 1989-1998). Mr. Naumann was the Tort Law Editor of the Trial Bar News from 1989-1998.
